A realistic photo of a young man (based on uploaded image), transformed into anime style inspired by One Piece. Keep the facial features realistic and accurate to the original photo. Dress him in Portgas D. Ace's outfit: black pants, black open shirt, orange beads around the neck, and a wide belt. Add glowing orange flames around his arms and shoulders, similar to Ace's fire powers. Background should be a sunset beach with waves, dramatic anime sky, and light wind blowing. High detail, semi-realistic anime style with strong lighting effects.
