“A political cartoon showing Uncle Sam (with a tall hat with stars, red-white-blue outfit) smiling broadly, holding a big contract labeled ‘Raw Materials Deal’ in one hand and a giant digging wheel in the other, pushing it into Ukrainian soil. On the right, a tired Ukrainian figure (wearing traditional Ukrainian clothes, with a bandage on the arm and crutches) holds up a sign saying ‘Urgent Reconstruction Needed!’. In the background, a caricature of Donald Trump (with recognizable hairstyle, arms crossed, angry expression) says in a speech bubble: ‘Faster! I want results!’. At the top, a big banner reads ‘Der Deal steht!’. In the bottom corner, a small figure wonders: ‘Who is rebuilding for whom here, actually?’.”
