"Create a cinematic, looping video wallpaper of me as the protagonist of a sci-fi movie set in a futuristic cyberpunk city. I’m wearing a sleek, glowing neon jacket and holding a futuristic weapon, standing on a rooftop overlooking a neon-lit skyline with flying cars and holographic billboards in the background. The scene is at night, with vibrant colors like electric blue, neon pink, and deep purple dominating the atmosphere. Include dramatic lighting with lens flares and a subtle rain effect to add intensity. Add the movie title 'Neon Vanguard' at the top in bold, futuristic font, and the tagline 'Fight for the Future' at the bottom in smaller text. Ensure the video loops smoothly for wallpaper use, with a dynamic yet non-distracting animation style."
