Discover the Whimsy Within

A pixel art scene set inside a house. The father, depicted in a pixelated style, is discovering a diary on a table or shelf. The interior is dimly lit, with minimal details to create a sense of mystery. Use a muted color palette with shades of brown, gray, and dark blue to convey the somber atmosphere. The style should be simple and retro, focusing on the emotional impact of the discovery.
