How i see him
To read people's body language, pay attention to the following cues:
Posture: Look at the person's posture. Is it open and confident or closed and defensive?
Positive Body Language: Observe positive body language, such as open arms, uncrossed legs, and leaning forward.
Negative Body Language: Watch for negative body language, like crossed arms, crossed legs, and avoiding eye contact.
Facial Expressions: Pay attention to facial expressions, gestures, and eye gaze. A genuine smile, raised eyebrows, or direct eye contact can indicate interest or engagement.
Personal Distance: Consider the person's personal distance. Is it invasive or comfortable?
Context: Learn to distinguish positive and negative body language cues in different contexts.
Micro-Positives and Micro-Negatives: Group body language cues into two buckets: micropositives (e.g., leaning in, smiling) and micronegatives (e.g., avoiding eye contact, crossing arms).
Eye Gaze: Pay attention to where a person's eyes are focused. Are they looking at you or avoiding eye contact?
Breathing: Observe breathing patterns. Rapid breathing can indicate anxiety or excitement.
Finger and Hand Movements: Look at curvature of fingers, hand movements, and touching behaviors.
Leaning: Check if the person is leaning in or away from you.
By paying attention to these body language cues, you can better understand people's emotions, intentions, and interests.
