Whimsical Book Cover Design for 'The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Really Love You'

Create a book cover for the title "The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Really Love You". The background should be a schoolyard scene during a sunny day, with the boy at the forefront, confidently surrounded by 100 girls who each are showing different emotions — love, admiration, and friendship. Overlay playful doodles such as hearts, stars, and speech bubbles filled with compliments surrounding them. The title should arch over the scene in large, bubble letters while the author's name, "Fahad Ali", is positioned underneath in a contrasting color. The cover should convey a light-hearted and whimsical atmosphere.
