میخواهم در زمینی با مشخصات زیر آپارتمان بسازم. فقط پلان معماری یک طبقه رو طراحی کن. - تیپ طبقات برج مسکونی. ابعاد زمین : شمال:30متر. -جنوب:30 متر. -شرق:50 متر. -غرب:50 متر. مساحت کل زمین:1500متر موقعیت زمین:در جنوب خیابان عریض و پر رفت و آمد. -زیربنای هر طبقه:900 متر تقسیم فضاهای طبقات : وجود دو واحد آپارتمان شبیه و قرنیه باشد اتاق پله و آسانسورها: مساحت:35متر. آسانسورها با تزیینات داخلی (استیل برنزی،آیینه ،کاغذ دیوار و نورپردازی ملایم از سقف و سنگ مرمریت در کف ) یکی در سمت شرق و یکی در سمت غرب پله ها با دربهای طلایی و نقش های کلاسیک مثل تابلوی مدرن نمایان است. -سرویس بهداشتی :3 سرویس -5 تا اتاق خواب -اتاق نشیمن -آشپزخانه اپن -پذیرایی بزرگ -تراس جنوبی. - تراس شمالی.
