Captivating Dystopian Night Scene: A Serene Woman on a Balcony

Create a real image of a woman sitting on a plastic chair on a very narrow and small balcony at the back side of a flat. The woman is about 40 years old, notthin, very beautiful, with long and extremely freezy and bushy curly ginger hair, pale skin. She has a heart shaped face with pointed chin and zygomatics, a little bit long nose and big almond shape grey eyes, raising eyebrows and red lips. She wears a red satin maxi dress patterned with little skulls and she smokes a cigarette. She is barefoot. She stares in a way of calmness the back side of a block of flats which is opposite to her flat. On that block of flats There is a large luminous window with balcony with trailings, a mop, a rubbish bin and a rope with clean clothes. Above night sky with red purple clouds and a pale crescent moon. I want the image to have an eerie and dystopian tone
