This is a play that examines the leadership of Mzee Taharuki who, after running the council in an inappropriate way, is misled by his advisors in relation to basic decisions in the operation and planning of the village. His fate is the deterioration of infrastructure and public services in general. This drama is narrated in a style that undermines the leadership of Mzee Taharuki and exposes the extreme sales in the village councils. Totally an African setting and story
