Power and Intrigue: A Captivating Romance Comic Book Scene

In a romance comic book art style, a jet-black-haired wealthy woman with an hourglass figure, a criminal mastermind, is dressed in a shiny black V-neck dress. She is commanding her creation: a humongous, mesomorph-sized, 6 feet 7 inches tall, broad-shouldered, with a head-to-shoulder ratio of 1 to 5, woman an extremely muscular physique, a determined expression, and blonde hair. The blonde sports a very short brush cut with a middle part and wears an official light blue police uniform complete with a badge, holster, shirt, tie, pants, and shiny black boots. Her head is turned to the right. The blonde, a police captain, is arresting the rich, jet-black-haired woman with handcuffs and a gun. They are in a lab within the rich woman’s mansion. The blonde is the larger woman and was created by the other woman.
