Adorable Cartoon Baby Boy Character Design with 'Sugih'

"A cartoon baby boy with a half-bald head, having only a small tuft of hair at the top. He has chubby cheeks, large round blue eyes with long eyelashes. He is wearing a bright yellow singlet with white trim at the edges, featuring his name 'Sugih' written in bold, colorful letters on the chest. He also wears diaper-like bright-colored shorts and blue shoes. The character has a cute and cheerful expression, set against a simple and playful background."
