Façade: Glossy laminated glass, rustic white travertine, curved brick lines, suspended balconies with glass guarding and greenery. Lighting: Stone columns with vertical linear light, emphasizing the grandeur and dynamism of form. Lobby: 16-meter ceiling, glass elevators, central stairs, marble floors, brick and marble walls, green spaces, and modern signs. Back and side space: Private courtyard with garden, fountain, stone paths, green terraces on the ground floor.
