Dystopian Cyberpunk Night: Nero's Bar in a Rainy Cityscape

Can you make me an image. Its late at night and we are in a dystopian cyberpunk city. In the front of the image there is a road with buildings, one of the buildings is a bar. There are a few street lights on. The other buildings are closed. The bar is in cyberpunk style and is the only one still open. There is a sign Infront above the door of the bar in neon red. In white neon colour on the sign it says: Nero's bar. In front of the bar under a street light there is a cyberpunk robot smoking a sigaret. Its raining and its wet. In the background there are taller buildings, very dystopian with some greenery but very abandoned.
