"طراحی یک برج مدرن با خطوط صاف، 20 طبقه و ارتفاع 80 متر،، ساحل جنوبی رودخانه‌ای خروشان. برج با استفاده از فولاد و شیشه با انعکاس منظره ی شهری ساخته شده،پله‌های گرد و آسانسورهای بزرگ در نمای ساختمان دسترسی به طبقات رو فراهم کرده، یک حفره بزرگ در نما با الهام از« طاق های بلند کاخ آپادانا « طراحی شده است. در اطراف برج فضای سبز، تفریحگاه‌ها، کافی‌شاپ‌ها و رستوران‌ها با مبل ها و صندلی های زیاد و حضور انسان ،به سبک معماری ایرانی ، نورپردازی خیره‌کننده و آبنماهای مدرن ایجاد شده‌اند که فضایی رویایی را القا می‌کنند. پشت بام با معماری ایرانی شامل فضاهای سبز و رستوران شیب‌دار طراحی شده ، پارکینگ در محوطه دیده می‌شود. . در کنار رودخانه، پل عابر پیاده بزرگ و مدرن آینده‌نگر با قوس و منحنی ،گل و گیاه و نورپردازی لیزری به سمت آسمان و سطح رودخانه مسحور کننده است. طبقات اول، دوم و سوم تجاری با فروشگاه‌های بزرگ و حضور پر شور مردم. ابعاد برج: - شمال: 50 متر - جنوب: 50 متر - شرق: 40 متر - غرب 40متر
