Elegant Academic Cover Page Design for Post Colonial Literature

Create a professional modern academic cover page for a university assignment. The page should have a clean and elegant layout with a simple background color (light beige or soft gray). At the top of the page, include a centered title in bold, large font: 'Post Colonial Literature.' Below the title, place the name of the student T H N I Thakshila') in a smaller but clear font, followed by the course name 'English Literature,' the course code (ENGL-2105), and the semester. Ensure the font is modern, easy to read, and professional, using colors like black or dark gray. Add a minimalistic border or line design at the bottom of the page for added visual appeal, but keep it subtle and neat. The overall design should be sophisticated yet not overly busy, giving a polished and academic feel."
