هو الوکیل پس از گذشت حدود هفتاد سال از عمر پر فراز و نشیب یکی از قدیمی ترین نهادهای مدنی در کشور عزیزمان،و‌در پس ،کشاکش زخم های پیدا و پنهان بر پیکر این مظهر عدالت و دادخواهی آنچه که باقی مانده بدون شک ،سروی سرافرازتر از همیشه دوران است.و اما؛ ((وکیل و وکالت نیاز به نامگذاری روز و هفته ندارند!!)) برای وکلایی که از گرانبهاترین سرمایه زندگی خویش، هر روز و هر لحظه مایه می‌گذارند؛آنجا که آسودگی جان و آسایش روان را وقف اجرای عدالت و احقاق حق مظلومین می‌نمایند، نفسشان هر دم مبارک و به واقع مسیحایی است. وکیل آنگاه مزد وثیقه گذاشتن شرافت خویش و جهادش را گرفت که پروردگار به دفعات به مقام وکیل اشاره فرمودند و برای اثبات تقدس این مقام الهی همین بس که ۱۴ مرتبه جهت وصف ذات کبریایی باری تعالی به کار گرفته شده است. آنجا ؛ که وحی می‌شود، برای مصون ماندن از بلایای گوناگون،شر دشمن و غلب بر ترس، ذکر یاوکیل بسیار بگویید!
