Snowy Stroll: Horse-Drawn Wagon Ride Through Winter Wonderland

Use this image to create a blue coloured gypsy caravan going down a sloping road with victorian slum houses on either side. The final picture should show a similar look and feel as the image I have given you as a base for the final picture. The scene should be night time. The time of year is winter and so there should be snow on the house roofs and snow on the road and at the sides of the road. The picture is a gypsy caravan that comes into a victorian city. It arrives in the night when everyone is asleep. It is quiet and there are some small streel lamps that shine the dark sky. Show lots of snow on the road.
