Create Stunning Vibrant Label Designs

Create a label with dimensions of 11.5cm long and 2.5cm high. The graphic on the label is a cow (as a figure with eyes, arms, legs, and a mouth) with a lightning bolt on the side. The background is a blue gradient going from blue to light purple. There are also light stripes from top to bottom on the label: "that's a terrible lot of YELLOW MELLOW" and below in small print: 2g premium static sift.
