Sinister Goblin: A Dark Character Design

Create a character with the appearance of a sinister goblin with snake-like eyes. The goblin should be wearing a long campesino hat and a brown poncho that covers its body. The setting should be a rural settlement at sunset, featuring a traditional Bolivian clay stove. The scene should have a mystical atmosphere and be rendered in pixel art style.
