What's Behind Closed Doors?

In a dark threatening environment, a young boy peeps through a crack in the door. The gap is narrow, only a few millimetres wide. Because the door doesn't properly close on the latch. He sees something inside, a disturbing scene, there's a woman and red blood, and she's crying. She's bending down to something on the floor. Image should be real world, not animation, not cartoon. Not anime.
