The Young Heir's Enchanted Throne

Create an artwork to help with my book. In this artwork, I want a 17-year-old prince sitting on a throne. The prince will have fair skin and green eyes, wearing beautiful casual clothes while holding a crown in his hand. And sitting as if on the floor, is a 17-year-old woman with golden hair and blue eyes. She will have her hair down but with a red bow, forming a hairstyle, the two should be looking at each other. He will be sitting on the throne and she on the floor while they look at each other. He will be sitting with his legs crossed while she has her legs together looking at him. Also highlight the throne and make her holding an extremely beautiful blue flower. The flower should be in her hands, make the cover as if they were posing for a photo, and the black-haired prince, wearing black clothes with red and gold, sitting on the throne crossing his legs and looking at the woman while holding the crown in his hands. I want the cover of the book to be delicately designed.
