Illuminate Your Creativity: Radiant Young Woman in Sunlight

Create an image of a beautiful young woman standing upright looking adjacent to thr camera with interesting lighting as though she's in bright sunlight, wearing yellow and purple clothes with dark shiny hair being blown by the wind. I'd like her depicted from the waist up and her hair to be very voluminous and long. Then I'd like there to be fish, lots of them "flying" across the image in the direction of the wind.
