Epic Overlord-Inspired Halfling Character Art

An anime art style of Overlord. A young adult male halfling with sky-blue skin, messy, mossy half-white, half-blue hair, pointed ears, bright-green eyes, and a very wide smile. He is wearing an open green vest with a tan short-sleeved shirt, a brown belt and sash, moss shoulder pauldrons, brown shorts, and he has 3 runestones on his sash like a boy scout, a blue runestone, a red runestone, and a green runestone. In his left hand is a really big, strong, sturdy, heavy stick, and he is wielding a log shield with is right hand. A hilly forest background.
