Visceral Reality: Operating Room Experience

create a photorealistic image of a patient in an operating room from the right hand side of the patient.  The patients head and torso should be in the image but should also be completely obscured by the surgical drapes.  In the background should be visible the anesthesia provider and anesthesia machine at the head of the bed and the surgeon at the patient's left side, along with surgical lights illuminating the operating field.
