Powerful Portrait: The Muscular Bald Elf

Make me a full-length portrait of a bald, very muscular and stocky elf with a 3-day beard, slightly tanned skin, dark eyes. He is dressed in a motley heavy armor and holds a red helmet with a crest on one side, and a huge double-edged war axe on the other side, a buckler is attached to his forearm. He has a pair of swords, one red like lava and the other blue like ice hanging on his back. A club and a large dagger are hanging from his belt. The handle of a dagger protrudes from one of his boots.
