Whimsical Bearded Character Illustration

Create a hand-drawn animation-style illustration of a simple male character with a beard, a short body, and wearing a hat. He is gathered with his friends, all laughing together. The scene is set at night, with a warm and positive atmosphere. One character stands out, glowing softly as the center of attention.
