Elegance Captured: The Duchess and Her Companion

Smiling 30 year old man with crown dressed as the king of the Spanish Empire although with geometric designs (Inca tocapus) on his clothing (colorful) and with an Inca banner on it (a condor on an original coat of arms with the natural resources of Peru). with short black hair and his face should be the one in the image I sent together with a queen in her 30's with tiara and a traditional Romanian costume next to the imperial coat of arms of Romania with brown hair and slightly taller than him (she should have the face of the image I sent), and smiling. The photograph should be framed in a Victorian era background.
