Curious Gray Cat on the Windowsill

An oil painting of a pet [big grey cat looking at the horizon], portrayed in a vibrant and expressive style, with thick, textured brushstrokes, similar to Vincent van Gogh's style. The image should be full of bright and contrasting colors, with shades of yellow, blue, orange, and green creating a luminous and dynamic effect. The background should be a dreamy and abstract landscape, with swirls of colors and shapes evoking movement and energy. The pet should look realistic but with an artistic touch, as if it were an impressionist masterpiece. Additional details: expressive eyes, textured fur, and a composition that conveys joy and vitality.
