A highly emotional 3D-rendered cartoon scene inside a hospital room. On the left, a large anthropomorphic wooden plank character with exaggerated facial expressions is crying a large, cartoonish tear. It looks down in anguish at a shark lying on a hospital bed. The shark appears battered and bruised, with red marks on its body, and is wearing bright blue Nike sneakers. The shark looks solemn and injured, while the plank character clasps its hands in sadness. The lighting is soft and hospital-like, and there's a subtle surreal humor to the whole scene. Emphasize the blend of heartfelt emotion with absurd, meme-like elements."
