Create a tarot card style image with a 9:16 aspect ratio, combining watercolor technique and precise line art. The background depicts a medieval ship port with tall masts and sailing vessels. In the foreground, a man dressed in a light shirt, brown pants, and knee-high boots (botforts) is engaged in a sword sparring match with a mysterious stranger. The main character holds a simple rapier in his hand. The artwork should have the decorative border and symbolic elements typical of tarot cards, while maintaining a watercolor aesthetic with defined linework throughout the composition. At the bottom of the card, add the word 'THE DUELIST' in an ornate, period-appropriate font.
