A love triangle. A woman is the center of attention. Her skin is fair, her lips are full and voluminous. She wears red lipstick. Her hair is straight, long and cut in a choppy style; with rainbow-colored highlights; she has slanted eyes like an indigenous woman and a thin, pretty nose. The man is dark-skinned, with a beard, an Italian-style face, dark eyes, tall, and has straight, black hair cut short; the second man, on the left, is blond and has blue eyes; both men are wearing doctor's uniforms. The scenery in the background is a mix between Tokyo and New York.
