Using the images I gave you, using the same girl, create an Ultra photorealistic selfie of a young woman with her mouth open and tongue out, uvula clearly visible, taken with an iPhone front camera. A tiny realistic man is laying on her tongue, detailed and proportional, with slight reflections of saliva around him. Natural lighting, soft shadows, high-resolution skin texture, casual indoor background. Authentic smartphone selfie aesthetic, playful and surreal but hyper-realistic.”
