A realistic and humorous historical scene. Three Roman soldiers in tunics and sandals are standing in a dusty ancient setting, attempting to assemble a large wooden cross from IKEA parts. The cross pieces are laid out in a clear cross shape, with one soldier holding a paper manual that says “KORSIUS – step-by-step.” Another soldier is holding a horizontal beam, confused, and a third points angrily at a small Allen key on the ground. There’s an open IKEA box labeled “KORSIUS” with wood pieces and screws spilling out. Jesus stands nearby wearing a crown of thorns, looking confused. A small pit is dug in the ground where the cross should go. The tone is comedic and anachronistic.
