Create an attractive female doctor in her mid-fifties, with crescent glasses, a severe gray bun, in a soberly furnished doctor's office, with stereotypical furnishings, as she makes her diagnostic striking judgment with raised brows, across the desk, in her raised left hand, an antique hanging double scale, important: not mere Art Deco, in which the scales are not balanced, but the pan closest to her hangs considerably lower, so that the stethoscope around her neck is not obscured. In her other hand she is not holding a sword, like Justizia, but a menacing antique anesthetic syringe. The syringe should be a glass syringe with two round chrome-plated handles made of surgical stainless steel, through which she sticks her index and middle fingers, her thumb on the raised end of the syringe, ready to fire. In her other hand hangs the scale, and in one bowl is a down feather, which weighs heavier, and in the other bowl a coal brickett.
