A cartoon-style illustration set inside an elevator shaft under construction. Three tiny but adult cartoonish construction workers of Uzbek appearance are working near a huge concrete wall, trying to install oversized mineral wool insulation. They wear bright uniforms and hard hats, and their expressions look slightly confused or clueless, adding a humorous tone. One holds glue upside down, another tries to stick the insulation in the wrong spot, and the third is scratching his head. Towering over them is a tall, serious-looking Ukrainian foreman in a white hard hat and safety vest, holding a clipboard and supervising their chaotic work. The contrast in size between the tiny workers and the massive wall creates a funny and exaggerated scene. Dim construction lighting, colorful cartoon aesthetic.
