শেষ বিকেলের গল্প (The Tale of the Last Twilight) is a poignant love story about Arun Sen, an elderly man abandoned in an old age home by his son. Amid his loneliness, he unexpectedly reunites with Mrinalini, his college sweetheart, whom he lost due to caste differences decades ago. Mrinalini had been married off elsewhere, and life took them on separate paths. Now, after fifty years, fate brings them together again in their twilight years. As they rekindle their connection, they reflect on their past, the choices that shaped their lives, and the emotions that never truly faded. The story explores themes of lost love, family betrayal, and the bittersweet beauty of second chances. It is a deeply emotional narrative about love defying time, the pain of separation, and the hope that even in life’s final chapters, happiness can still be found.
