Create an anime-style image featuring two vibrant adult women, one with short blonde hair wearing a shimmering golden t-shirt emblazoned with 'GT' and the other with flowing black hair in a sleek black t-shirt marked 'BH.' They are energetically high-fiving beneath a grand arch illuminated with the word 'SYNC' in bold letters. The setting is a futuristic urban landscape in space, awash with neon lights and vibrant, swirling colors. In the background, include a third woman with striking red hair in a deep purple t-shirt labeled 'DW.' She stands apart, gazing at the two women with a wistful expression. Capture the dynamic contrast of celebration and introspection amidst the lively cityscape.
