Make the cover of a somewhat obscure book, with two people on the cover, on the left side is a man in red robes holding his hand under a black apple, and on the other side, there is death that is his hand up on the apple. Above them, there are their faces, the man has a haggard face and there is no way of knowing death, it is just a skull.
