I want to design a wastewater treatment system. The incoming wastewater is first directed to a physical and sand filtration system to separate the coarse particles. Then the remaining wastewater is divided into two parts, dilute and concentrated, through a centrifugal separator. The concentrated part enters the centrifuge decanter, and then the concentrated part exiting the centrifuge decanter enters the ring dryer and is dried there. The diluted part separated from the centrifuge decanter, along with the diluted part exiting the centrifuge separator, enters the advanced oxidation process with nano bubbles and cold plasma. The slag from this process enters a spray dryer and its sediment enters another spray dryer. The middle part enters the ionization process and is then filtered by an RO device, 70% of the water exiting the RO can be reused and the remaining 30% is the effluent.
