Design a modern and professional logo for a pest control company named 'Cero Pestes'. The logo should combine a symbolic icon with the text. Use a color palette of dry green (like sage or olive), beige, and a touch of red for emphasis. The icon can include elements like a shield, a leaf, or a bug inside a circle with a slash (no symbol), representing protection and extermination. The style should be clean, minimalistic, and versatile for use on uniforms (beige and white shirts). The text 'Ceropest' should be bold and easy to read. Avoid complex details. Background: white.
