Unleash the Psychotic Charm!

a full portrait of a guy asking something, mouth open, in a cocky way, like a psychotic villain. he has a modern haircut with black trimmed sides and a little bit longer vibrant blue hair on top, a trimmed beard and a trimmed moustache, black eyebrows, big baggy brown eyes, tired face, with a death stare and a really skinny complexion. japanese anime style, with the guy centered and a lot of empty space around him.
