Chibi Super Saiyan in 8-Bit Pixel Art

"Generate an 8-bit pixel art image of a Super Saiyan character. The character should have spiky blonde hair, glowing energy aura, and be standing in a powerful stance with clenched fists. Ensure the character’s proportions are in a chibi style: a large head, smaller body, with exaggerated features like oversized eyes and expressive face. The color palette should be bright, focusing on yellow for the hair, orange for the outfit, and purple for the energy aura. The background should always be a simple light blue with no additional details, creating a solid contrast with the character. Keep the same proportions in each image: the character should occupy the center of the image, and their height should be around 70% of the total image height, with the head being larger in proportion to the body. Use visible, large pixels to keep the classic retro 8-bit video game aesthetic."
