Ever wondered where you might fall on the Autist/Aspie spectrum?
1. How do you typically feel in noisy, crowded environments?
I enjoy the energy and activity.
I find it overwhelming but manageable.
I avoid them if possible.
I feel extremely anxious or stressed.
2. When having a casual conversation, how do you usually engage?
I often struggle with understanding social cues and maintaining eye contact.
I avoid casual conversations whenever I can.
I maintain eye contact and follow social cues easily.
I sometimes miss social cues but manage to keep the conversation going.
3. How do you react to sudden changes in your daily routine?
It makes me anxious and takes a while to adjust.
I find it very distressing and upsetting.
I adapt easily to sudden changes.
It’s slightly disruptive but I can handle it.
4. How do you communicate when discussing your favorite topics?
I tend to go into a lot of detail and find it hard to stop.
I share my interests enthusiastically with others.
I usually prefer to keep my interests to myself.
I talk about my interests but try not to dominate the conversation.
5. How sensitive are you to sensory stimuli such as textures, sounds, smells, and tastes?
I am extremely sensitive and try to avoid certain sensory experiences.
